Eleonora Stolfi

Spotify | Website | YouTube | Instagram

Eleonora Stolfi is a singer and songwriter from Pavia (Italy) after a first solo album "Fish Out of Water" [2020], they won the fifth edition of Sanremo Senior (one of the most important music competitions in Italy) with "Ruggine" [2021], a song produced by Kazemijazi.

Eleonora Stolfi's songs are bundles of liquid contrasts, a cocktail of rhythmic and arpeggiated electronics that mixes the string machines of the eighties and the rhythmic rigor of Kraut, the fluorescent colors of synth pop and the glacial contemporary synthesis that are present in Italian composers such as Battisti, Battiato and Giuni Russo (80s retrowave) and combined with the distinctive rough look in PJ Harvey’s music.

Eleonora Stolfi is a non-binary artist and their music tells about genderfluid and intimacy within a urban dimension that triggers emotions such as loneliness but also personal growth, where bodies and souls reject the rules binarism, as gender-fluidity is key to a more flexible and open-minded vision of humanity, free from any expectations.
